For LinkedIn AI Skills Sprint I was working direct with the client as the creative lead, putting together the strategy, ideation for the activations within and the copywriting across all activation naming and signage, while working with our graphic designer to ensure the art direction stayed true to our core message.

Insight - Give someone a fish and they eat for a day; teach someone to fish and they eat for life. In today's world, businesses tell employees to utilise AI in their workflows more and more, but don't provide real guidance as to what that means; so, how do you not only teach, but inspire people to learn more?

Idea - Create a series of activations that create memorable ways to enforce key messages around AI and it's integration into specific workflows.

Execution - We launched an immersive, two hour AI Skills Sprint at LinkedIn Sydney. Over four days, priority accounts competed in live and digital challenges designed to bring Hiring Assistant to life. The journey spanned six curated zones; from AI powered audits, to a Guess Who-style game debunking myths and reinforcing Responsible AI. Attendees sharpened prompt-writing skills, experienced Hiring Assistant live, and refined outputs in “soft skill” lounges, committing to 30/60/90 day adoption plans. The experience culminated in a high energy leaderboard reveal, vox pop capture, and a Top Talent claw machine, turning a product launch into a powerful networking and upskilling moment.
