About Me.
Hey! How are you going? Wow that's really good / not as good, I'm glad / sorry to hear. That's enough about you, let me tell you about me. I am Bailey, I'm a 26 year old Associate Creative Director based in Sydney, Australia. Since July 2022, I have been working at INVNT, an experiential agency based out of Chippendale.
I started at INVNT as a Junior Art Director, before transitioning into a mid-weight Copywriter role at the start of 2025, which has created a base in my ideation process that ensures that how a project looks and what it says are intrinsically linked.
My ideation, writing and design style is heavily influenced by advertising from the 60s to the 2000s and strives to create the intended thought process within the viewer, while finding alternate ways to send a message; keeping the message succinct, easy to understand and within a tone of voice that is reflective of the client.
A lot of this influence I would also contribute to my dad, who was a copywriter while I was growing up, where a lot of time spent at home was the both of us trying to come up with taglines; possibly giving me the case to be 26 years old with 20 years of experience...
In my personal life, I'm an enjoyer of music, sport and coming 2nd at trivia.

2022 - 2024
INVNT Junior Art Director
I was hired at INVNT out of Western Sydney Ad School as a Junior Art Director, where my role was based in ideation, graphic design, art direction and copywriting.
2024 - Current
INVNT Creative Associate
After earning my stripes at INVNT, my role evolved to Creative Associate, where I was pushed further in my ideation, art direction and copywriting, while also taking on strategy and creative direction. In my time as a Creative Associate, I have been the creative lead on many pitches and projects across major brands, with my skill set getting tested in higher pressure situations.

High School
The Kings School
From 2013 to 2018 I attended The Kings School in Parramatta. My time here was spent trying to make the most of every opportunity.
2019 - 2021
Bachelors of Communications
UTS
Straight into university from High School, I studied a Bachelors of Communications, majoring in Journalism. In this time I was taught how to write efficiently in a journalistic manner, as well as camera and audio production and editing.
2022
Western Sydney Ad School
When I saw that Rocky Ranallo and Matt Smith were running a course on how to write advertisements I jumped at the opportunity. In this 12 week course, I had 1 on 1 time with Rocky and Matt where they taught me great lessons in the creative process and how to write great ideas.
